 How are your shoes sized?

We base our shoe sizes on the European standard. Kindly refer to our size guide provided below. If you find yourself between sizes, we suggest opting for the next size up to ensure the utmost comfort.

What range of sizes do you offer?

Our shoe collection encompasses sizes starting from 37 and extending up to 42.

What payment methods do you accept?

7 Monroe.com accepts: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal and Afterpay. All cards that do not participate in the verification process will not be accepted.

How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders will ship within 72 hours of payment.

What is your standard shipping policy?

Orders are set to be shipped through UPS Ground, with an anticipated delivery timeframe of 3-5 business days. Free shipping is extended to all orders. Should you prefer expedited shipping, an extra fee of $20 will be incurred for such orders. Please note all orders will ship with a signature required due at delivery.

What is your return and exchange policy?

No returns or exchanges are offered, all purchases are considered final sale.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, all orders must be sent to a physical address.

Do you offer international shipping?
